so, allegedly i’m 35 today (funny, i feel 85)
i’m writing this at 1:15am and a few hours ago lee climbed into bed
and said that her whole body ached (bad)
it could be the chemo (but this didn’t happen last cycle)
it could be the neupogen (but last time it just hurt inside [...]
so….there’s something we want to share with you….
there are a few really important factors in staging lymphoma,
and one of them is called LDH (lactate dehydrogenase).
it’s an enzyme found in the blood.
high levels indicate active cancer in non-hodgkin lymphoma patients.
normal range is between 80 and 220.
when leanne was diagnosed four weeks ago, her LDH was 700.
